Workflow Template Filter TC11

You can determine which group executes which workflow on which item type.

• Go to Workflow Designer
• Use Edit – Template Filter
• Choose Group Name (1)
• Choose BusinessObject Type (2)
• Set the WFs from (3) to (4).
• Click Apply

Note: You have to do the same for each group an each BusinessObject Type.

Changes in TC11:
In TC11 the behaviour changed to BMIDE and in my opinion it is not good to administer.
But you can set the settings back to old behauvior:

• Go to preferences and search for
  WRKFLW_use_legacy_template_filter
• set to true
• restart Rich Client.
